一、骨骼出现问题。

The most distinct symptom of unhealthy bone system is osteoporosis, which is featured by bone reduction in the whole body due to multiple causes including the decease in bone collagen and bone minerals. 二、关节软组织出现问题。
II. Arthroidal parenchyma becomes unhealthy.

人体之所以能够活动自如,就是因为有关节的结构,大部分的关节,不但是提供人体活动之需,并经由软骨保护骨头避免磨损,软骨当中有65%至80%是由水所组成,其它则有胶原蛋白、软骨细胞及蛋白质。事实上,软骨本身是一多孔结构,胶原蛋白是一条条细长纤维形成的网套,蛋白质则是具有弹性的球体,水分则填塞其中,这些组成都必须完整,才可使软骨负荷重力。若胶原蛋白变少,会导致关节受力时容易变加速磨损,随着患者年龄增长,造成这些关节软骨磨损或退化,失去关节软骨的保护,关节很容易导致僵硬、干磨、甚至破损,形成关节炎症。
People can move freely because of arthroidal structure. Most of the arthrosis can enable people to move. They contain cartilage that can protect the bone from abrasion. 65%-80% of the cartilage is composed of water. The remaining substances are collagen, cartilage cells and protein. In fact, cartilage is of multi-hole structure; collagen is a mesh consisting of multiple slender fibers; protein is elastic spheres filled with water.
